Seniors working at McDonald's

Local members of the Salem-Washington County Senior Center are working at McDonald's in Salem today (Thursday, Jan. 17). They're not cooking or taking orders, but they are encouraging diners to order in a new way. When a customer answers their request and orders from the new kiosks, the local senior center gets 25 percent of the sale.
The fundraising promotion runs today from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
