Mrs. Cindy Jean McGill Smedley, age 63, of Borden, passed away Monday, October 26 at Baptist Health Floyd in New Albany.

Cindy was born December 28, 1956 in Washington County, Indiana the daughter of Aubrey and Beatrice Baker McGill. 

She is survived by her husband of 34 years:  Barry Smedley of Borden, her two dogs:  Mac and Lucy, her cat:  Little Britches, a brother:  David McGill of Taylorsville, Kentucky, a sister:  Judy McKinley of Floyd Knobs, Indiana, 2 nephews, and 2 nieces.

She was preceded in death by her parents, a brother:  John McGill, and two sisters:  Deanna Smiley and Patricia McGill.

Funeral services will be held Friday at 10AM at Weathers Funeral Home.  Burial will follow in Pleasant Ridge Cemetery, Borden.  Visitation will be Thursday from 4-8PM and Friday from 9Am-time of service.
