Gerald Green

Gerald L. Green, 64, Scottsburg, died on January 18, 2020, at Scottsburg.

Born on August 2, 1955, in Scottsburg, he was the son of Emery Green and Ella Louise Newby Green.  He was a graduate of Scottsburg High School Class of 1973 and Ivy Tech, a member First Christian Church of Scottsburg and Scott County Family Moose. He retired after 43 years from Cummins, as an electrician journeyman. He loved to fish and hunt.

Survivors include two daughters:  Lyndsay (Ryan) Proctor and Bethany (Chad) Davis; a twin brother, Darrell Green; a sister, Linda Crace; a sister-in-law, Bev Green; and four grandchildren: Colby Fisher, Jalynn Proctor, Calin Fisher, and Oliver Davis.

He was preceded in death by his parents and siblings: Janice Green, Glenn Green. and Horace Green.

Visitation is 4 to 8 p.m. on  Wedneday, Jan. 22, and Thursday, Jan. 23, from 10 a.m to time of service at 11 a.m. at Stewart & Hoagland Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Scottsburg Cemetery.
