Ronald Carson

Ronald Allen Carson, 73, of Vallonia and formerly of Kingman, IN, died at 1:40 p.m. Tuesday, March 13, 2018 at his home.  He had been ill for 4 months.  He was a retired factory/warehouse worker.  He was a member of the fish and game club in Montazuma, IN.  Ronnie enjoyed fishing, hunting and canning his garden vegetables.
 
He was born on April 16, 1944 in Indianapolis, IN to the late George & Bonnie (Deal) Carson.  Survivors include 3 children, Sheila Carson of Indianapolis, William Carson of Vallonia, and Richard Carson of Indianapolis; several grandchildren and great grandchildren; 2 brothers, James Carson of Vallonia and Larry Carson of Campbellsburg; 3 sisters, Karen Langdon of Campbellsburg, Pam Bowman of Vallonia and Wanda Anderson of Salem.
 
He was preceded in death by his parents, a brother, Jerry Carson and a daughter, Theresa Baker.
 
Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Friday, March 16, 2018 at Johnson Funeral Home, Vallonia with Matt Roberts officiating.  Friends may visit the funeral home Thursday, March, 15th from 4-8 p.m. and from 10 until service time on Friday.
