Stanley "Sambo" Mull

Stanley "Sambo" Mull, age 67, of Pekin, Indiana, passed away on April 21, 2018 at the Community South Hospital in Indianapolis. Born on February 25, 1951 in New Albany, Indiana, he was the son of the late Elwood & Shirley (McCartin) Mull.

Stanley lived in Pekin his whole life. In 2017 he retired from Apex Trailer Sales & Rental.

He is survived by his companion, Melva Neely; son, Josh (Tera) Mull; sister, Judy (John) Pitcock; 2 grandchildren, Khloe Mull & Adam Mull; 3 boys that called him "Papaw Stan", Lane, Hutch, & Steel McElyea; 2 furry friends, Penny & Josie.

The funeral service will be at 8:00 PM Thursday at the Hughes-Taylor Funeral Home in Pekin. Viewing will be Thursday from 4:00 PM until time of service at the funeral home. Steve Corp will officiate.
