Thelma J. Sease

Mrs. Thelma J. Sease, age 69, of Salem, passed away Friday, May 17 at Meadow View Health Care in Salem.

Mrs. Sease was born October 22, 1949 in Washington County, Indiana the daughter of Thomas R. Dowling and Amba E. Spurgeon Dowling.  She was a former employee of LeWeb and MicroTek.  She was a member of Faith Baptist Church.

On May 1, 1971, Thelma married Roger Sease and he survives.  She is also survived by two sons:  Jeremy Sease (Marla) of Louisville and John Sease of Salem, three sisters:  Wanda Mays of Salem, Carol Dale of Floyds Knobs, and Danna Sue Sease of Salem, and three grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by three brothers:  Everett Fleenor, Jesse Dowling and Thomas Dowling Jr., four sisters:  Doris Dunn, Lula Fern Frost, Kathy Baker and Linda Dowling and her parents.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 11:00AM at Weathers Funeral Home.  Burial will follow in Crown Hill Cemetery.  Visitation will be Tuesday from 4-8PM and Wednesday from 9AM-time of service.
