Tommy K. Hammack, age 60 of Salem, passed away Wednesday, March 25, 2020 in his residence.

Born November 17, 1959 in Salem, Indiana, he was the son of the late James Edward and Osa Bell (Stevens) Hammack.

He was a former employee of the old Link Handle Company in Salem and loved woodworking.

Survivors include:  2 Sons;  3 Sisters: Linda Mitchell, Clivie Reynolds and Joann Keith;  2 Brothers: James Hammack and Jackie Hammack;  3 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.

He was preceded in death by his parents, 1 brother, David Edward Hammack and 1 sister, Stacy Saylor McVay.

Due to COVID-19, the services will be private.
