Prigo tracks down man, leads to arrest

On Aug. 22 the Salem Police Department, along with the Washington County Sheriff’s Department, attempted to execute a search warrant at 204 Caleb St. When officers made contact with the occupants, it was believed that a wanted subject (Matthew Bierly ) had fled the residence out a window.
