Search of residence and outbuilding on Wednesday, leads to arrest on Friday

Washington County-On April 4, 2018, troopers from the Indiana State Police Post at Sellersburg received information from a concerned citizen regarding alleged drug activity taking place at 4377 E. Motsinger Road in Salem.

Troopers conducted a search of the residence and outbuilding on the property and located several plastic and glass containers of suspected Marijuana, digital scales, one plastic baggie containing suspected Cocaine and drug paraphernalia. The evidence was collected and the case was turned into the Washington County Prosecutor’s Office. 

On Friday, April 6th, an arrest warrant was issued for the arrest of Zachary B. Rose, 20, of 4377 Motsinger Road in Salem, IN.

He was arrested by troopers after the warrant was issued and charged with Dealing in Cocaine or a Narcotic Drug; Possession of Cocaine; Dealing in Marijuana; Possession of Marijuana; Maintaining a Common Nuisance and Possession of Paraphernalia. 

Zachary B. Rose was incarcerated at the Washington County Jail.
