Brittany G. Cunningham, 33, Mauckport, warrant (failure to appear), July 28, 2020.
Elizabeth R. Smith, 37, New Albany, warrant (failure to appear); fresh charges, theft with a prior conviction, trespassing, July 28, 2020.
Ronald L. Tolbert, 32, New Albany, OWI with prior conviction, driving while suspended with a prior conviction, July 29, 2020.

The following arrests were made by law enforcement agencies in Floyd County July 28 through the early morning hours of July, 29, 2020.
