Lions claim county crown with win over WW

Lane Price rumbles through a pair of tacklers. He had over 120 yards on the ground for Salem, and spearheaded the game sealing drive.

For the second year in a row the Lions claimed the country crown with a win in the dreary rain on Friday night. Salem turned to their ground game when they needed to close the game out and chewed up over half of the fourth quarter and punched in a score to seal the 15-6 win over West Washington.

Eastern had a rough go against the states leading rusher and the Charlestown Pirates, falling on the road 52-0.
