St. Vincent to host golf tournament

St. Vincent Salem Hospital Foundation is hosting a golf tournament on Thursday, Sept. 27, at Hidden Creek Golf Course in Sellersburg. Registration is due Sept. 10.

Golfers are invited to enjoy a fun afternoon of golfing, which includes lunch and a silent auction, all while benefiting a great cause - The St. Vincent Salem Hospital Charity Care. In 2017, the hospital invested $984,907 in charity care and they need your help to continue to do so.

Registration fee is $400 per four-person team. There are also sponsor opportunities, ranging from title sponsor ($2,500) to prize sponsor ($150). However, donations in any amount are gratefully accepted and silent auction items are needed as well.

Local hospital foundation members are: D. Jack Mahuron (president), Dana Muntz (vice-president), Reta Haub (treasurer), Seda Arzumanyan (secretary) and Brooke Oakes, Steve Hunt, Tom Paris, Dr. Stephen Kemker and Charlie White.

The day will begin on Sept. 27 with registration at 11, lunch at 11:30, a shotgun start at 12:30, followed by silent auction and awards ceremony.
