30 years at John Jones

Three employees are celebrating 30 years of employment at John Jones Auto Group this year.

Scott Geltmaker, General Manager, has worked his way from starting as a Sales Consultant up to General Manager for the Salem and Scottsburg dealerships. The biggest change he has experienced over his 30 years is technology and seeing how Internet has affected the car buying process. Scott’s favorite part about working at John Jones Auto Group is that he is able to work together with his team to solve problems and be successful.

Rick Roll, Sales and Leasing Consultant, has received several awards over his 30 years of working at John Jones Auto Group, including many “Salesperson of the Month/Year” awards. His favorite thing about working at John Jones Auto Group is helping his return and referral customers find the vehicle they need. Rick Roll looks forward to continuing to help his customers as well as new customers in the future.

Scott Rose, Sales and Leasing Consultant, has also received several “Salesperson of the Month/Year” awards. The biggest change he has experienced over his 30 years would be when the Salem Dealership moved from the old building to the new building. Scott’s favorite things about working at John Jones Auto Group are seeing all the new cars and working with and building friendships with customers. He strives to work hard every day!
