Jan R. Maudlin, 38, Salem, invasion of privacy, Sept. 24, 2021.

Brenden T. Mitchell, 19, Salem, domestic battery, Sept. 24, 2021.

Bobbie J. Owens, 39, Salem, habitual traffic violator - life, possession of syringe, possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana hash oil hashish or salvia, possession of paraphernalia, Sept. 24, 2021.

The following arrests were made last week in Washington County by local law enforcement agencies. Those listed in most cases are just facing charges at this point and are to be considered innocent of those charges unless and until proven guilty in a court of law. Charges are often dropped or lessened.
