Christmas Star visible at Spring Mill Monday
The "Great Conjunction" of Jupiter and Saturn is occurring this Monday, December 21!
It is the closest visible alignment of these planets in hundreds of years!
The two planets will be close enough to appear as one big star. The naturalist will be available from 5:30-7 p.m. at Sycamore Shelter to answer questions and to hand out take-home space activities for children.
Those who attend can stay, enjoy the fire, and view the two planets from the location or just swing by to pick up the craft and check out the planets from the car in the parking lot.
